A pet print/fingerprint custom accessory is a unique keepsake made by transferring your pet's nose print, paw print, or a human fingerprint onto a metal accessory through the craftsmanship of skilled jewelers, allowing you to permanently preserve precious moments.

Simply choose the type of accessory you want (such as a necklace, ring, etc.) and place your order. After payment, we will mail you a too kit box. Follow the instructions inside to take the print and send it back to us, and we will start production. 

The kit includes the wax and a user guide. The process is simple and can be completed in just a few steps. If you have any questions, you can refer to our instructional video or contact customer service for assistance.

All types of dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and even reptiles can have their prints made. As long as a clear nose, skin, or paw print can be obtained, we can create the accessory. 

Yes! Our fingerprint customization is suitable for adults, children, and even newborns, making it a meaningful way to remember parents, elders, or loved ones.

We offer a variety of materials, including sterling silver, gold-plated, and 18K gold. All pieces are professionally treated to be durable and hypoallergenic. Please refer to each product page for specific material details.

Once we receive your imprint mold, the production time will vary depending on different kinds of accessories, it generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks working days (excluding shipping). If you need a rush order, please contact us for assessment.

Yes, we support shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Please select your location at checkout and take note of the shipping fees and delivery times.

If there are major defects due to craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will assist you with a remake.
